Peace of Mind in 5 Steps

Step 1 - Your concerns

We’d like to know more about your conflict. Schedule a brief 10-15 minute conversation with us. It's complimentary and allows us to better understand your situation and determine how we can assist you. Click here to book your appointment.

Step 2 - Meet us

During this initial meeting with us (the other party will not be present), you will have the opportunity to privately discuss the details of the conflict and the impact on you. We will carefully listen to your perspective and work with you to identify and address the core issues. Your input is valued and will guide our approach to resolving the situation.

Step 3 - Get set

This follow-up meeting is in preparation for the upcoming Joint Meeting mediation session. As mediators, we are committed to impartiality and ensuring a fair process. Our role is to assist you in organizing your thoughts and help you navigate any challenges you feel you may encounter. With the other party not present at this meeting, we encourage you to use this opportunity to express your priorities effectively.

Step 4 - All together now

All/both parties attend the Joint Meeting facilitated by Aspects Mediation. This structured meeting provides a neutral space for open communication and collaboration between all involved. Each participant is given equal opportunity to express their opinions, listen to differing perspectives, and collectively work towards finding mutually agreed resolutions. For those who prefer, the meeting can conclude with a formally written agreement to ensure clarity and accountability. Trust in our professional mediation services to guide you through this process effectively and fairly.

Step 5 - How it's going?

We’ll check-in with you after six weeks to hear how things have progressed.
